Products- Some flowers or plants may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
- Some flowers or plants can be harmful or poisonous.
- If a product is not available then we will replace with a similar product of the same value and quality without notice.
- If a product is not available and we cannot replace it then we will inform you and you will be refunded payment in full (Please be aware this can take up to 28 days).
- Please note that sundry products such as the cellophane or ribbon items shown on the website may not always be available and will be replaced with a similar product without notice.
- Products will be delivered at your selected date.
- We have a next day delivery service.
- We also have same day delivery service by phone orders. This is subject to availability.
- Please note that we do not provide any refunds for any of the products.

- Our products and delivery prices may vary from time to time.
- Delivery charge is not included in the product price. The delivery charge will be added during ordering process.
Ordering / Payment
- Please make sure during your order process you read and understand the instructions before confirming payment. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions before you confirm payment. Once you confirm payment you are agreeing with our terms and conditions.
- By ordering on the phone you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions.
- It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete personal details, e.g. full name, full address including postcode, contact number etc.
- You need to place your order by midday for next day delivery.
- Next day delivery is not available online for funeral or wedding arrangements. Please call us if you would like this service.
- If you make a mistake with your order please inform us as soon as possible.
- If your order does not meet the terms and conditions then we have the right to cancel your order. We will inform you as soon as possible and explain the reasons why.
Delivery
- Standard delivery charge is £6.50 (Please note from time to time this price may change).
- We only deliver to Waltham Forest Borough. If you order to an address that is not in this borough then we have the right to not accept your order. Only in certain situations we may accept your order but there will be additional delivery charges. You will need to speak to a staff member at this point.
- The exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed. If you need a specific time (for example funeral flowers usually need to be at the funeral director at a certain time) then please include this during your ordering process in the 'additional information' box. We will try our best but again this is not guaranteed. If you order at least two days in advance then it is more likely that we will meet your requirements.
- We deliver 6 days a week from 9am - 12pm (AM orders) or 12pm- 7pm (PM orders). Delivery may be delayed due to any cause beyond our control. In this case we will try to deliver as soon as possible or the next day.
- You need to place your order by midday for next day delivery.
- Our deliveries will be made by our florists however, in certain situations it may be delivered by a local car service.
- Same day delivery is only available by phone orders however, this cannot be guaranteed. You will need to speak to our staff for availability. Delivery charges may vary.
- We have the right to contact the person during delivery if we cannot find the address or the person is not there.
- Our service is subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice during busy periods.
- During public holidays delivery times may vary. In certain situations delivery may not be possible. In this case we will deliver the products the next working day.
- To avoid any problems with the delivery then please make sure you fill in all the details correctly and in full including full name, full address and a contact telephone number just in case we need to get in touch (for funeral orders please remember to include the deceased name in full).
- In some circumstances where we are unable to deliver your products then we will inform you and make an alternative arrangement.
- We regret to say that we cannot accept responsibility if the person does no longer stay at that address you provided us or refuses to take the product.
- We do not take any responsibility for your product being delayed due to you providing incorrect information.
- Please note that if the person is not in at the address you provided then we will either find a secure location around the house to leave the product or give it to a nearby neighbour. We will inform with a note through the letter box in either situation.
- However, if we cannot leave the product in a secure location at the address or unable to find someone to accept the delivery then we will return it to the shop and inform you. Delivery will need to be rearranged but please be aware that additional delivery charges may apply.
Cancellation / Amendments
- If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order then please contact us by phone. Please give 48 hours notice before delivery date.
- However, we regret to inform you that you may not cancel an order once your order has been prepared, started or delivered.

- If you are not happy with the product or any other problems then please contact us either by phone or E-mail within one day of receiving the product for us to assist you and resolve the problem.
- We do not take any responsibility for failure to take care of product correctly.
- During busy periods online and phone orders may be limited or removed.

Confidentiality
- If the order is sent to you anonymously then we are unable to tell you or give you any information about the person who ordered. However, if we do get a complaint and the person does not want to receive anything from us then we have the right to stop or not accept your order.
